The Ratio Highlight of VolSys highlights vertical bars through marker, that have a Ratio High and a Ratio Low that meets certain user-defined parameters. 

Specifically, the Ratio High shows the ratio of the value of the penultimate tick to the last tick in Ask, this value is useful to detecting possible buyer exhaustion, in fact a high value may indicate that there was little participation by aggressive buyers in the last tick compared to the previous tick.  

The Ratio Low shows the ratio between the value of the penultimate tick and the last tick in Bid, this value is useful to detect possible sellers exhaustion, in fact a high value may indicate that there was little participation by aggressive sellers in the last tick compared to the previous tick;

Setting Usage

Clicking on the indicator settings icon will open its configuration window, within which you can make several choices regarding the indicator's functionality.

Highlights Ratio High in bearish bars and Ratio Low in bullish bars;

High Ratio only;

Highlight only Ratio Low;

• Min Ratio

Defines the minimum value of the Ratio;

• Max Ratio

Defines the maximum value of Ratio;

• Bid Color

Defines the color of the marker for Ratio Low;

• Ask Color

Defines the color of the marker for the Ratio High;

• Opacity

Defines the opacity of the marker;
