The indicator Volume Sprint Advanced of VolSys represents an evolution of Volume Sprint, it allows the user to display through a histogram the delta of a given user-defined period. In addition, it allows to view the volumes executed in Bid and volumes executed in Ask and to perform a smoothing of the data through the use of a moving average so as to obtain a leveling of the values.

Setting Usage

Clicking on the indicator settings icon will open its configuration window, within which you can make several choices regarding the functionality of the indicator itself. 

General

Lenght

Defines the number of periods on which the calculation of the indicator is based, for example 10 periods means that you will go to calculate the Sprint Volume on the last 10 bars of the chart.

Smoothing

Enable indicator leveling based on a moving average, which can be

• Simple: simple;
• Exponential: exponential;

Lenght

Defines the number of periods of the moving average.

Series

In this section you can change the color, the style of the series and the line thickness of Delta, Volume in Bid and Volume in Ask.
