The Big Trades indicator allows the user to view with a given marker the aggregated orders on the chart, allowing the user to identify where the largest buy and sell orders have entered.

Settings-of-Use

Clicking on the indicator's settings icon will open its configuration window, within which you can make several choices regarding the indicator's functionality.

Data-Setup

Database

Defines which database to use for the calculation of the indicator, specifically, you can choose between:

1. Volume

Represents the total volume traded at each price level. This database is useful for understanding the intensity of trading and identifying the price levels where most of the market activity occurred.

2. Order

Considers order data, such as the quantity of buy and sell orders at each price level. This option is useful for assessing order pressure and analyzing the behavior of market participants.

3. Iceberg

4. Aggregate Trades

Show the volume of aggregate trades, i.e., small orders placed within a few thousand seconds of each other that are traceable to a single larger order. This option provides a more accurate view of trading activity levels by grouping trades executed at the same price.

Min-Filter

Allows you to apply a minimum filter to the indicator;

Filter Max

Allows you to apply a maximum filter to the indicator, if the value 0 is left the indicator will not apply any maximum filter.

Applying a maximum filter is useful if more than one Big Trades indicator is inserted within the same chart, so that the marker can be differentiated depending on the size inserted.

Settings-Display

Dev. standard

Defines the standard deviation value you want to apply to define the size of the marker provided by the indicator;

Minimum Opacity

Defines the minimum opacity value, as the indicator applies a background to the marker that is more or less opaque depending on the size of the Big Trades itself;

Ask Color/Bid
Defines the color to be applied to Big Trades executed in Ask and those executed in Bid;

Marker

Defines the type of marker to be applied, being able to choose from: Circle, Square, Diamond and Text;

Hollow fill

When applied it removes the background of the marker;

Defines the minimum and maximum size of the marker provided by the marker;

Text-Setting

Defines the size and color of the Text marker;
