VolSys Buy Sell Filter Volume indicator allows the volume executed in Bid and the volume executed in Ask of each bar to be displayed at the bottom of the chart through histograms. There is also the possibility of applying a filter to these volumes.

Use Settings

Clicking on the indicator settings icon will open its configuration window, within which you will be able to make several choices regarding the functionality of the indicator itself.

• Database

Defines which database to use to calculate the indicator, specifically you can choose from:  

1. Volume

Represents the total volume traded at each price level. This database is useful for understanding the intensity of trades and identifying the price levels at which most market activity occurred.

2. Number of Trades

Indicates the number of trades executed at each price level. This database is useful for understanding the frequency of trades and determining levels of interest in the market.

3. Order Volume

Consider order data, such as the quantity of buy and sell orders at each price level. This option is useful for evaluating order pressure and analyzing the behavior of market participants.

• Filter 1

Lets you apply a first filter to the indicator;

• Filter 2

Allows a second filter to be applied to the indicator;

If the value 0 is left, the indicator will not affix any filter.

• Series

In this section you can change the colors and thickness of the histograms, as well as show the text and value of each filter.
