To solve the problem of lack of Real Time or the unavailable data, follow the following video tutorial: Fix Real Time Data or first check to:

Connection-Active-Data-Feed

Having properly connected the data-feed (Green rectangle in the VolSys menu bar). 

Also make sure you have purchased the appropriate data feed to analyze the market you are interested in.


Symbols Subscription 

Verify that you have subscribed markets correctly with the data provider:

  • Connect the data feed (Name of connection-remove check)
  • Close all Workspaces (Workspace)
  • Access Options - "Manage Symbols"
    • Make sure you have added the correct markets and that next to the Name there is associated the correct Name of connection, if not:
      • Select Markets 
      • Right-click and in the drop-down menu dialog associates the market with the correct connection
      • Click on "Select"to save the change
    • Close window "Manage Symbols"
  • Reconnect i/the Data Stream
  • Open a Chart or Work Plan


Thanks to these messages VolSys is now showing real-time market trends and you can view all the instruments contained in the Market associated with the connection.
