The problem can be caused by: connection failure, power outage or sudden platform shutdown.
The solution indicated by the video involves deleting part of the data in the Database and a subsequent restore.
INDEX
Delete Data (DB Corrupted):
- Disconnect the Data Flow and close all Work Plans
- Go to Options -> Delete Data
- In the Delete Datapanel, select:
- Previous Date to the error (15 days or more is recommended)
- Tick and Minute
- Select the symbol(s) with the corrupted history
- Click the Delete button and wait
- Close the Platform without reconnecting The flow Data and open Work Plans
- Wait 30 sec (Time for VolBridge to close)
- Restart VolSysⓇ
Remove DataBase folder:
- Access to: Options-Settings-Various
- Copy the path "Database Folder"
- Disconnect the DataFlow, close all WorkPlans and turn off VolSys
- Open Windows Explorer
- Paste the previously copied path
- Delete the Database folder
- Restart VolSysⓇ
