Database Problem

To fix the errors "DB-corrupted / Gradation marks.../Data Gap"You can follow this step-by-step video tutorial: Delete Data Database

The problem can be caused by: connection failure, power outage or sudden platform shutdown. 
The solution indicated by the video involves deleting part of the data in the Database and a subsequent restore.

Delete Data (DB Corrupted): 

  • Disconnect the Data Flow and close all Work Plans
  • Go to Options -> Delete Data
  • In the Delete Datapanel, select: 
    • Previous Date to the error (15 days or more is recommended)
    • Tick and Minute
    • Select the symbol(s) with the corrupted history 
  • Click the Delete button and wait
  • Close the Platform without reconnecting The flow Data and open Work Plans
  • Wait 30 sec (Time for VolBridge to close)
  • Restart VolSysⓇ 

Remove DataBase folder:

  • Access to: Options-Settings-Various
  • Copy the path  "Database Folder"
  • Disconnect the DataFlow, close all WorkPlans and turn off VolSys
  • Open Windows Explorer
  • Paste the previously copied path
  • Delete the Database folder
  • Restart VolSysⓇ
