To troubleshoot "Data Gap" errors, you can follow this step-by-step tutorial:

The problem may be caused by: connection failure, blackout or sudden platform shutdown.

Remove Cache Folder:

Access to: Options-Settings-Various

  • Copy the path  "Database Folder"
  • Disconnect the Data Flow, close all Work Plans and shut down VolBook
  • Open Windows Explorer
  • Paste the previously copied path
  • Delete the Database

Restart VolBookⓇ
